1. Service Description

Vinci-Cut AI provides artificial intelligence tools for video editing, including but not limited to rough cuts, color grading CDL generation, and viral clip extraction. The service operates on a credit-based system (1 Video Render = 1 Credit)-(1 Color Grade = 2 Credits).

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload illegal, explicit, or copyrighted material that you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all video footage you upload and the final edits generated by our AI. Vinci-Cut AI retains all rights to the software, code, and AI algorithms used to provide the service.

4. AI Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI models can make mistakes. Vinci-Cut AI is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee perfect results for every video. Always review generated timelines and CDLs before finalizing your projects.
