Due to the high computational costs associated with processing video files using Artificial Intelligence, we do not offer refunds for our subscription plans or credit purchases.
We provide free credits upon registration so you can test the platform and ensure it meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no hidden fees or lock-in contracts.
To cancel, simply click the "Manage Subscription" button in your dashboard. You will continue to have access to your remaining credits and Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
If our system encounters an error and fails to process your video, your credits will not be consumed. You are only charged a credit for successful outputs. If you believe a credit was deducted in error due to a system crash, please contact support.
